Client Proofing Help

Answers to common questions about selecting, annotating, and submitting your images.

Getting started

Where do I find my IAP Download Center link?

Open the delivery email you received from ImageArts Productions and select the link to your Download Center.

You can also sign in to the IAP Client Portal, open the appropriate listing, select Download, and then choose View Download Center. Copy the complete URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it into the proofing page.

Why won’t my Download Center link load?

First, confirm that you copied the complete URL and that it begins with the ImageArts listings address.

If the link still does not load, open it in a separate browser tab to confirm that the Download Center is available. You can then copy the URL again and retry.

What if the site cannot find a group called “Proofs”?

Occasionally, proof images may be stored under a different group name. If that happens, the proofing page will show the available image groups so you can select the one you were asked to review.

If you are unsure which group to choose, please contact ImageArts before submitting your selections.

Selecting your proofs

How do I select an image?

Select an image’s thumbnail to add it to your proofing submission. A checkmark will appear on selected images.

Select the thumbnail again if you want to remove that image from your selections.

Can I view an image at a larger size?

Yes. Select View larger beneath an image to open a larger preview.

The images shown during proofing are lower-resolution previews and do not represent the full quality of the finished files.

Are these the final edited images?

No. Proofs are low-resolution, unedited previews intended for image selection.

After you submit your choices, the selected images will receive the standard ImageArts post-production treatment, including color correction, brightness adjustments, and overall polish. Completed images will be delivered at full resolution.

Is there a limit to how many images I can select?

No. You may select as many images as you would like ImageArts to process.

If you select more images than the quantity included in your original order, the additional images will be added to your order and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Notes and custom edits

How do I request a change to an entire image?

After selecting your images, continue to the Notes step. Each selected image includes a field for requests that apply to the whole image.

For example: “Please remove the trash cans from the driveway.”

How do numbered markers work?

Use Mark a specific area when your request applies to one particular part of an image.

Place a numbered marker on the relevant area and enter a description of the change you are requesting. You can add multiple markers when an image needs changes in several locations.

What is included in standard processing?

Standard processing includes the normal ImageArts finishing treatment, such as color correction, brightness adjustments, and overall polish.

Requests involving object removal, significant retouching, compositing, or other specialized work may be treated as custom edits and billed separately.

Will I be charged for custom edits?

Custom edits are billed at $1 per minute required to complete the requested work. Custom edits that can be completed in under five minutes are complimentary.

If your submission includes custom edit requests, you can choose one of two options:

  • Send me a quote: ImageArts will provide an estimate before completing the custom edits.
  • Proceed without a quote: You authorize ImageArts to complete and bill for the requested custom edits without sending a quote first.
Can I leave a note about the entire order?

Yes. The Review step includes a place for overall notes that apply to the submission as a whole rather than to one specific image.

Reviewing and submitting

Can I change my selections before submitting?

Yes. You can return to an earlier step and update your selections or notes before sending the submission.

Review the contact information, property address, selected images, notes, and custom edit authorization carefully before submitting.

How do I know my submission was received?

After a successful submission, the site displays a confirmation page with a submission number and timestamp.

You can print or save the confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation screen, your submission may not have been completed.

Should I submit the form again if I am unsure it worked?

First, check whether you received the confirmation screen and submission number.

If the site reports an error, your selections should remain available so you can retry. The system is designed to prevent an immediate retry from creating a duplicate submission.

Multiple reviewers and corrections

Can more than one person submit selections for the same property?

Yes. Each reviewer can use the same Download Center link and submit their own selections.

When the site recognizes that selections already exist for a property, choose I’m a team member adding my own selections. ImageArts will keep each reviewer’s selections and combine them for the production team.

What happens if two reviewers select the same image?

Duplicate selections are combined. An image selected by more than one reviewer will only appear once in the final combined filename list.

How do I correct a submission I already sent?

Load the same property and choose I’m correcting selections I submitted earlier.

You can then choose whether the new submission should replace your previous submission or be added to your previous selections.

Use the same email address that you entered on your original submission so the system can locate it.

Can I replace another person’s submission?

No. Corrections are matched using the reviewer’s email address. Each person should correct or replace their own submission.

Privacy and technical help

Who can see my submitted selections and notes?

Submitted selections, contact details, and notes are stored for approved IAP team members only.

What should I do if the page stops responding?

Refresh the page and try again. If you have not submitted yet, refreshing may clear information entered on the current page, so copy any lengthy notes first when possible.

If the problem continues, try a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

Who should I contact if I still need help?

Contact ImageArts Productions and include:

  • The property address
  • Your name and email address
  • The Download Center link
  • A brief description or screenshot of the problem
  • Your submission number, if one was generated

Please do not send passwords or other sensitive account information.
